About Our Referral Program

We hear from our graduates all the time how meaningful and impactful their learning is to their practice and their patients. Now you can get rewarded when you share your experience with a friend or colleague who decides to enroll in a certification, residency or fellowship any cohort term. Plus, your referral can save 5% on program tuition! Please read carefully through the details below.

 

How will you know I referred my friend or colleague?

The applicant(s) must provide your name and email in the referrer field in their application in order for you to be eligible for the gift card, so be sure to remind them to do this when they apply.

 

How do my friends and colleagues get their 5% discount?

They should add code Referral5 to the "Discount Code" field in their program application. The discount cannot be combined with other offers. Not retroactive.

 

Is there a limit to how many gift cards I can earn?

No, you will earn a $100 gift card for each person who applies to an EIM program for the new cohort term, is accepted, and who begins the program. There is no limit - invite your whole tribe!

 

When is the deadline for my friends and colleagues to apply?

This referral program is ongoing for all cohorts.
 

When will I receive my gift card(s)?

Because referred applicants must complete our enrollment process and begin the program in order to be eligible, we will send out gift cards soon after each program session starts. For Summer referrals, you can expect to receive your gift card in mid-July. For Fall referrals, you can expect to receive your gift card in mid-September.

 

What if the person I refer applies but doesn't end up starting the program?

Thank you for getting your friend started! However, the gift card is only applied to new program students who start a program during a new cohort.  

 

Can I earn a gift card for referring friends or colleagues to a course?

We thank you for passing on the good word about EIM courses, however, only programs (residencies, fellowships and certifications) are eligible for the $100 gift card for referrals.

 

Where can I tell my friend or colleague to explore programs they might be interested in?

They can explore all program options at evidenceinmotion.com. Choose the Specialize or Advance tabs on the right.
